About Xuegong New Materials Group

Anhui Xuegong New Materials Group Co., Ltd. ("Xuegong Group") is a specialized technology enterprise engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of packaging adhesives and boiler-free corrugating lines. As the pioneer of China's starch adhesive industry, Xuegong has been leading the development of paper packaging adhesives for 38 years, achieving a series of world-first and China-first R&D breakthroughs.

Xuegong Group began basic research in 1987, established the adhesive division of Dongfanghong Carton Factory in 1992, developed into Hefei Xuegong Adhesive Group after 2000, and was officially renamed Anhui Xuegong New Materials Group Co., Ltd. in 2022. The group has branch operations in Wuhan, Dongguan, Foshan, Shijiazhuang, Wuxi, Dongyang, and Taiyuan. Its products are sold worldwide, exporting thousands of tons annually with an annual output value exceeding ¥200 million.

Xuegong Group led the creation of China's first (and the world's first) national standard for starch adhesives. The China Packaging Federation has designated Xuegong as the "China Packaging Adhesive R&D Center" and recognized it as a leading brand in China's starch adhesive industry. Xuegong is a member unit of the China Packaging Federation, a standing council member of the Paper Products Committee, and deputy director of the Electronics Industry Packaging Technology Committee. Founder Xue Zhangli was appointed as the only adhesive expert on the Paper Committee's expert panel.

Since its founding, the company has developed every product in-house, with a full range covering the entire paper packaging industry. Xuegong maintains a strong commitment to technical innovation. Its R&D team, led by Chairman Xue Zhangli, includes 2 professors, 2 postdoctoral researchers, 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers, and more than 40 technical staff, working in cooperation with Tongji University, the University of Science and Technology of China, and Hefei University of Technology. New products and technologies are continuously released, keeping Xuegong at the forefront of packaging adhesive development.

Key achievements include: (1) Breaking the world-class challenge of slow starch adhesive drying speed with disruptive technology that fully replaced traditional sodium silicate; (2) Developing alkali-free adhesive series that eliminate caustic soda for safer, greener production; (3) Creating premium adhesive powder using modified fillers to reduce costs and save grain; (4) Developing room/low-temperature boiler-free corrugating line technology with single facer speed reaching 300 m/min in 2017 — internationally leading performance; (5) Pioneering "Easy Glue" (傻瓜胶) powder that requires no additives; (6) Inventing the patented all-in-one flute-to-flute boiler-free corrugating line.
