Anhui Xuegong New Materials Group Co., Ltd. ("Xuegong Group") is a specialized technology enterprise engaged in the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of packaging adhesives and boiler-free corrugating lines.

Xuegong Group traces its roots to the adhesive division of Dongfanghong Carton Factory. In 1998 it was formally established as Hefei Xuegong Adhesive Technology Co., Ltd., and in 2014 the group company was founded, with branch operations in Wuhan, Dongguan, Foshan, Shijiazhuang, Wuxi, Dongyang, and Taiyuan. In 2022 the company was officially renamed Anhui Xuegong New Materials Group Co., Ltd. Its products are sold worldwide, exporting thousands of tons annually with an annual output value exceeding ¥200 million.

Xuegong Group is a member unit of the China Packaging Federation, a deputy chairman unit of China Packaging & Printing magazine, a standing council member unit of the Paper Products Committee of the China Packaging Federation, and deputy director unit of the Electronics Industry Packaging Technology Committee of the China Packaging Federation. It also operates the China Packaging Adhesive R&D Center and has been recognized by the China Packaging Federation as a leading brand in China's starch adhesive industry. Together with the Shanghai Rubber Products Research Institute and Tongji University, Xuegong co-drafted the national standard for powdered paper-product starch adhesives, and participated in drafting the industry group standard for fully automatic high-speed corrugated board production lines, while holding multiple national invention and utility model patents.

Since its founding, the company has developed every product in-house, with a full range covering the entire paper packaging industry. Xuegong maintains a strong commitment to technical innovation. Its R&D team, led by Chairman Xue Zhangli, includes 2 professors, 2 postdoctoral researchers, 2 senior engineers, 3 engineers, and more than 40 technical staff, working in cooperation with Tongji University, the University of Science and Technology of China, and Hefei University of Technology. New products and technologies are continuously released, keeping Xuegong at the forefront of packaging adhesive development.

In recent years, Xuegong has successfully developed a new generation of products, including an alkali-free adhesive series (alkali-free laminating, core, and facing adhesives) replacing classic legacy products, alongside alkali-free glue-making agents, low-temperature alkali-free adhesive concentrate for production lines, and low-temperature alkali-free adhesive powder. The company has also launched a green, environmentally friendly water-based formaldehyde-free resin adhesive powder series (for paper tubes, corner protectors, and facing), and — most notably — its major research breakthrough: an instant-dry adhesive powder series usable on room- and low-temperature corrugated board (carton) production lines. Based on this instant-dry adhesive series, Xuegong invented a complete boiler-free corrugated board production technology built on three core innovations: room/low-temperature boiler-free corrugated board production line technology, instant-bond instant-dry adhesive technology, and a new flute-to-flute board structure technology — a revolution in corrugated board manufacturing and a world first in the global packaging industry.
