Product Description
Xuegong corrugated board strengthening agent is used on domestic and imported automatic board lines for 3-, 5-, and 7-ply production and can replace expensive additives.
Stronger film: after reinforcement, film hardness rises and flat/edge crush improve clearly; edge crush strength increases by about 15%, with better hand stiffness — performance at or above other costly additives.
Excellent moisture resistance: better than pure starch treated with water-resistant additives, supporting cartons in humid environments.
Low gelatinization point: about 4–6°C lower than common starch, helping strong bonding and higher start-up speed at the same pressure and temperature.
Flexible use: alone (no extra starch) or blended with 1–3 parts starch — 1 part strengthening powder ≈ 2–4 parts starch effect; cook process same as corn starch. Improves strength, speed, moisture resistance, and cost.
