Since the 2017 launch of Xuegong's revolutionary room/low-temperature boiler-free corrugated board production line, the technology has continued to evolve and improve. Today, our single facer equipment achieves speeds of up to 305 meters per minute while maintaining flute temperatures below 100°C.

This breakthrough technology fundamentally changes the economics of corrugated board production. Traditional corrugating lines require expensive steam boiler systems that consume vast amounts of energy and require constant maintenance. Our boiler-free technology eliminates these requirements entirely.
