Unplanned downtime is the enemy of corrugator profitability. A well-designed preventive maintenance program keeps your line running and prevents costly emergency repairs.

Daily Maintenance Tasks:

• Clean adhesive applicator rolls and pans

• Check web tension and alignment

• Inspect and clean corrugating roll surfaces

• Verify adhesive viscosity and temperature

• Remove paper dust from critical areas

• Check oil levels on lubrication systems

Weekly Maintenance Tasks:

• Deep clean glue systems and tanks

• Inspect doctor roll gaps and condition

• Check belt tension and condition

• Verify pressure roll settings

• Inspect steam traps (for traditional lines)

• Test safety systems and emergency stops

Monthly Maintenance Tasks:
