Perimeter-heated hot plates represent a significant advancement in corrugating line heat transfer technology. These innovative plates transfer heat approximately twice as fast as traditional box-type (cylinder-type) plates, dramatically improving production efficiency.
Unlike conventional preheating boxes that heat paper from a central cylinder, perimeter-heated plates apply heat evenly across the entire contact surface. This design ensures uniform temperature distribution and eliminates the hot spots and cold zones that can cause quality issues in finished board.
